The creatures of the night decide to leave and refuse to change their ways just because the witch doesn't like them that way. ”Author Courtney Hanks is an excellent storyteller. In That Witch, you will learn the importance of simply being kind to others, and not changing the things that make them who they are. The story of the witch is entertaining and you empathize with each of the characters after she is unkind to them, which to me is a sign of a good writer. The layout of the book is creative and I loved the illustrations; the spooky ghosts were my favorite! If you wish to both entertain and educate your child then I suggest buying a copy of this wonderful book.”
